Our grapes are hand harvested in the early morning and delivered to the El Sol winery in Livermore where wine maker Hal Liske makes the wine in small batches. Hal’s many years of wine making experience does not stop him from trying new and innovative ideas that reflect in his wine. Once made the wine is stored in Oak Barrels and returned to the cellar on the Lobo Loco vineyard, where it is stored, then blended by wine maker Jane Bountis-Berthet.
